Terms ("we"," our"," company "or" Hot-Pet") refer to CUK CREATIVE depending on your country of residence.

Facebook account information, including, but not limited to, information about your public Facebook profile and your Facebook friends that you share with other Hot-Pet users, you authorize us to access and use certain Facebook account information. For more information about the information we collect from you and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information that you use when registering with Hot-pet, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under these credentials. If you believe someone has access to your account, please contact us immediately.
Hot-Pet is always striving to improve its service and provide you with additional features that you will find interesting and useful. This means that from time to time we may remove certain features in addition to adding new product features or improvements, and if these actions do not significantly affect your rights or obligations, we may not notify you before performing them. We may even stop the service completely, and in this case we will notify you in advance, except in cases that may prevent us from notifying you, such as security concerns.

You agree that you will be careful in all communications with other members, especially when you decide to contact or meet in person outside the service. You also agree to review and comply with Hot-Pet's Sniff Safely principles before using the service. You agree that you must not provide financial information (such as credit or debit card information) to other users, or send money by bank transfer or otherwise.
YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU KNOW THAT HOT-PET DOES NOT INVESTIGATE THE CRIMINAL RECORDS OF ITS MEMBERS OR INVESTIGATE THE HISTORY OF ITS MEMBERS. TINDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF ITS MEMBERS.
Hot-Pet grants you a special, worldwide, royalty-free, non- transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non- sublicenseable license to access and use the service. The sole purpose of this license is to use and benefit from the benefits of the service intended by Hot-Pet and provided by this Agreement. Therefore, you agree that you will not:
The company may investigate illegal and/or unauthorized use of the service, including termination of your account, and initiate appropriate legal action. Any software we provide to you, you can automatically download and install rating upgrades, updates, or other new features. You can set these automatic downloads from your device's settings.
By creating an account; the service that you post, upload, showing, or marked as visible (collectively, the "shares"), or you send to other members (collectively, "content") information to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute Hot-Pet all over the world are valid, transferable, sub-licensable, without copyright, rights and license you give. Hot-Pet's license for your content will be a non-exclusive license, but Hot-Pet's license will be exclusive for secondary work created using the service. Hot-Pet, for example, will have a special license for screenshots of the service, including your content. In addition, in order to prevent Hot-Pet from using your content outside the service, you authorize Hot-Pet to act on your behalf in respect of infringing uses of your content received from within the service by other members or third parties. This includes, but is not an obligation to send warnings on your behalf, especially if your content is received and used by third parties outside the service. Our license to your content which current laws (for example, for any content that contains your personal information in a manner defined by this law law on the protection of personal data) is subject to your rights under, and the operation of the service, development, delivery, and for limited purposes such as research and development of new services and the improvement is. Any content that you place or allow us to place on the service may be viewed by other members and viewed by any person who visits or participates in the service (such as people who acquire content shared by other Hot-Pet members).
You agree that all information you submit upon the creation of your account, including information sent from your Facebook account, is accurate and true, and that you have the right to publish the content through the service and Grant Hot-Pet the above license.
You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content that you post as part of the service. In accordance with our decision alone, we may partially or completely delete any content that violates this Agreement or may damage the reputation of the service.
You agree to be respectful and kind when communicating with our customer service representatives. If we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer service representatives or other employees is threatening or offensive at any time, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.
In exchange for allowing you to use the Hot-Pet service, you agree that we, our affiliates and third-party partners may place ads on the services. By sending Hot-Pet recommendations or feedback about our service, you agree that Hot-Pet may use and share these feedback for any purpose at no cost to you.
Hot-pet’s legally behave in this manner if you need to, or access, retention and disclosure of personal information as is necessary in the following circumstances if you believe in good faith that your account information can access them and can safeguard you agree that we may disclose: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) to ensure compliance with this agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) the rights of the company or any other person, property, or personal safety protect.
By using the service, you agree that you will not:
If this contract is violated, or if the services or communications misuse, including actions that occur outside or on a service hot-pet’ s considers to be inappropriate or illegal in any way behaved in a manner which, if hot-pet conduct investigations and/or your account and in-app purchases for reserves the right to terminate without a refund.
Although Hot-Pet reserves the right to review and remove content contrary to this agreement, this content is solely the responsibility of the member who published it, and Hot-Pet cannot guarantee that all content will comply with this Agreement. If you see content on the service that violates this Agreement, please report it from within the service or through our Contact Form.
Generally. From time to time, Hot-Pet may offer products and services (“in-app purchases”) for purchase through iTunes, Google Play, operator billing, direct billing by Hot-Pet, or other payment platforms authorized by Hot-Pet. In-app purchase if you choose to make an appropriate payment provider and will be asked to confirm the purchase with your payment method (card, such as iTunes or Google Play or third-party account) ("payment method"void) application for the services you choose to purchase, in addition to your payment, and similar taxes are billed at a fee that can be applied to specified for hot-pet’ s or any third party you allow to your billing account which is available for. If you purchase a periodic subscription that repeats itself through an in-app purchase, your payment method will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel it. After your initial subscription start period and again after the subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional period equal to the price you accepted when subscribing.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you terminate or cancel the subscription. When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will continue to be billed monthly from the fee you accepted when you first subscribed within 24 hours of your first purchase date. Your card payment information will be stored in accordance with the contract and then used for payment by Automatic Card. Objections to a pre-made payment should be directed directly to customer support if they are billed by Hot-Pet or by a related third-party account, such as iTunes. You can also appeal by contacting your bank or payment provider, who can provide you with more information about your rights as well as applicable time limits.
You can unconditionally cancel your card automatic payment permission at any time by going to the settings of Hot-Pet or the relevant third-party account, but remember that you still have to pay outstanding debts.
If you wish to change or terminate your subscription, even if you have deleted your account with us or the Hot-Pet app on your device, you must log in to the third-party account (or settings on Hot-Pet) and follow the instructions to terminate or cancel your subscription. Deleting your Hot-Pet account or hot-Pet app from your device does not terminate or cancel your subscription; Hot-Pet will retain all amounts charged in your payment method until you terminate or cancel your subscription at Hot-Pet or a third-party account. If you terminate or cancel your subscription, you can use your subscription until the end of the current subscription period on that date, and your subscription will not renew after the current period.
You can edit your payment method information by visiting Hot-Pet and going to the Settings. If the payment is not successful due to an insufficient balance or other reason, or if the payment method cannot edit your information, cancel it, and continue to be responsible for amounts that cannot be paid, and if it is updated, you authorize us to continue billing by the payment method. This may cause a change in your payment invoice dates. You also authorize us to obtain updated or modified credit card or debit card expiration dates or Numbers as provided by your credit or debit card provider. Your payment terms will be based on your payment method and may be determined by agreements between you and your financial institution, credit card provider, or other providers of your chosen payment method.
In general, not all fees for purchases are refundable, and there can be no refunds or receivables for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund request has been made for a subscription option within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for a refund. For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area, you are entitled to a full refund without specifying the reason for 14 days after the start of the subscription, in accordance with local law. Please note that this 14-day period is effective from the start of the subscription.
If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Hot-Pet. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase History,’ find the transaction, and click “Report a Problem.” Also https://getsupport.apple.com you can also send a request from your address.
Using your account Google Play Store, or directly Hot-if you have subscribed via your Pet: Please the Google Play Store (or order number in the verification email by logging into Google Wallet, you can find it) or hot-pet with your order number (you can find verification of this in your email) to contact customer support. You may also, as a buyer, post or forward a signed and dated notice stating that you have cancelled this agreement or similar words. If you use your right to cancel (except for purchases made through the Apple ID that is controlled by Apple), without excessive delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving notice of your decision to cancel the contract we will refund any payments we receive from you (or Google, we will request to return). We will make such refund using the payment method used by you in the first place. In any case, no fees will be charged to you due to the refund.
You may not cancel an order for delivery of digital content that is not delivered in a physical vehicle when the order process begins with your explicit confirmation and acceptance that you will lose your right to cancel earlier. This means that such purchases are final and will not be repaid.
Hot-Pet operates a global business and serves a variety of members. Our pricing structure may vary depending on region, subscription duration, package size, available in-app promotions, and other factors. We frequently test new features and price points to give members more functionality and payment options.
If you believe that your work has been copied and published on the service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to our Copyright Representative:

Hot-Pet will terminate the accounts of repeat violators.
HOT-PET PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, LEGAL OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN) TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. HOT-PET DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (C) ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN THROUGH OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE. HOT-PET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT POSTED, POSTED OR RECEIVED BY YOU, ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other websites or resources. Hot-Pet is not responsible for the availability (or non-availability) of these external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with third parties made available through our service, their relationship with you will be subject to that party's terms. Hot-Pet is not responsible for the terms or actions of such third parties.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS HOT-PET, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS IN ANY CASE OF THE FOLLOWING ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY EXPOSED THICK LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT LOSS, INCLUDING THE ABSTRACT, THE RESULTS, DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE SAMPLE, SECONDARY, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN THE NATURE OF PUNISHMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: HOT-PET HAS BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE SERVICES, OR YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE, (II) ON THE SERVICE, THE BEHAVIOR OR CONTENT OF OTHER MEMBERS OR THIRD PARTIES THROUGH OR AFTER THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR CONTENT. HOT-PET'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SERVICE-RELATED CLAIMS AGAINST YOU WILL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE AND USD 100 WHEN YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXEMPTION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
If permitted under applicable law, Hot-pet, our affiliates, our and US officials, board members, attorneys and our staff will service you in any way your access to or your use of the service, your content from breaching this agreement or because arising from them, or about any complaint, claim, claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, debt, and expenditure in the face of the protect, defend, indemnify and damages you agree to.
Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, Coked Safe, Cookie Policy and service through which we offer additional features, products or services if you purchase this Agreement and all terms accepted by you and you described it with hot-pet, contain the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the service. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. Failure of the company to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that your Hot-Pet account is not transferable, and that all your rights to your account and its content will expire upon your death. No representation, partnership, joint venture, trustee or other special relationship or employment is created as a result of this Agreement, and you may not make any representations on behalf of Hot-Pet or keep Hot-pet affiliated in any way.
